DEPARTMENT LEAD / MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. work permit or eligible for TN visa (citizen of a country from the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
- Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Doctor, Husbandry Engineer, Animal Production Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, or other field that includes animal husbandry or livestock production.
- Demonstrated expertise in breeding or farrowing in the U.S.
- Ability to lead a team and build strong, stable, and skilled team that delivers results.
- English - Effective communication skills. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Professional Title
- Academic transcripts - Detailed coursework and grades - Kardex
- Curriculum Vitae - Maximum two pages, must include job title, employment dates (month and year), and a description of primary responsibilities.
- Professional license - Required for graduates from Mexico and Canada universities.
- Two letters of recommendation
- COVID-19 vaccine certificate with WHO approved vaccines - Not required for U.S. Citizens
- Pasaporte - ID card issued by federal, state, or local government is acceptable for U.S. Citizens
